the staff was attentive. they quickly responded to requests. hospitality was excellent . the location is advantageous for city exploration. i found local shops and restaurants nearby. the metro station is within walking distance.
the shower lacked a shelf. it was hard to place the soap. the shower door leaked.

i was happy that the location was very central! it made exploring so easy. the staff was also very attentive and helpful, especially with directions. i found the breakfast to be quite good too, with a nice variety of options.
I found the soundproofing in my room lacking. I could hear hallway conversations. also, the breakfast, while varied, was expensive, especially considering the quality.
